The caller must be over 18 years of age and have the permission of the bill payer.

Whilst we can supply numbers 24hrs a day, we cannot guarantee the called number will be answered. This is due to businesses having their own specific and fluctuating business trading hours.

The numbers on the Direct Contact Number database are checked regularly to ensure that they are up to date and accurate. However in the event of a supplied number being defective a full refund will be offered.

To qualify for a refund, evidence of the call may be required.

Direct Contact Numbers has no affiliation with any of the companies listed on the site and therefore cannot guarantee a customer services representative will answer the call or that you have reached the correct department.

The numbers supplied by Direct Contact Numbers are for the best 'general' customer services number and in some large organisations there may be more than one service number or department.

Direct Contact Number is not responsible or liable for any loss, including (without limitation) loss of or damage to profits, income, revenue, damages or injury relating to or in association with the use of the service.

These terms and conditions and our privacy policy, constitute the entire agreement between both parties, supplier and user in relation to our website and supersedes any previous agreements of the website.
